One-Bedroom King Cottage

Located across the street from the main building of our Newburyport hotel at ground level, Blue’s One-Bedroom King Cottage offers a living area, separate bedroom, private deck, and full kitchen. It sleeps up to 4 with 537 total sq ft. A comfortable living area in the cottage includes a wood stove, queen pullout sofa, lounge chair, and a 46” flat-screen TV with Apple TV. The full kitchen (everything but a dishwasher!) also has a breakfast bar for 3 and the bedroom has a plush king bed, lounge chair, and a 32” TV. A private, newly-renovated bathroom off the living area offers a large walk-in shower, and a private deck in the back has 2 lounge chairs with an ottoman and a small bistro table with 2 chairs. A nearby courtyard (and hot tub!) offer relaxing shared common spaces for all guests staying at Blue. (Please note: there are no ocean views from this accommodation.)
